If you cancel before October 10th, you will be refunded full amount but 15%.

If you cancel company-paid registration made with bank transfer, we will need the following documents:

1. Official refund request (sample will be provided);
2. Verified copy of signed contract;
3. Verified copy of payment order.

Appropriate amount will be reimbursed to the account it came from originally.

If you cancel personal registration, we will need the following documents:

1. Refund request (sample will be provided);
2. Payment confirmation:
   • Bank statement (if paid by credit card) or
   • Payment receipt (if paid by bank transfer)
3. Copy of the passport page(s) with photo and full name.

Appropriate amount will be reimbursed to the account provided.

There are no other refund options.

If you cancel after October 9th 2014 there is no refund.
