During work on projects many companies often have to face working with distributed teams. “Distribution” can be different: remote Product Owner (on the client side and on the side of the contractor); remote development team; there can be distribution of all the roles of SCRUM-team (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team). It is also possible to have a variant with Proxy Product Owner on the side of the contractor.
We have an experience in creating a process of software development projects for all of the above mentioned types of “distribution”. Each of them has its pitfalls. And we are ready to share our experience.
